The "No-Return" Nature of Cookies
Due to the perishable, freshly-baked nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Once a cookie leaves our oven and is delivered to you, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want your experience to be perfect. If you receive the wrong item or if your cookies arrive in a damaged state, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, please provide a photo of the item and the packaging.

Quality Concerns
If you feel the quality of your cookies is not up to our boutique standards, reach out to us immediately. While we don't offer cash refunds for taste preferences, we are committed to making it right through store credit or a fresh replacement batch.

Cancellations
Because we bake and dispatch orders within a 30-60 minute window, cancellations are only possible within 5 minutes of placing your order. Once the dough is in the oven or the rider is dispatched, we cannot cancel or refund the order.
