Note from the Founder

Hi, I'm Ganga, founder of The Kookieverse, based in Lucknow.

I've been baking since I was 11, and over the years it slowly turned into something I wanted to build seriously. After completing my pastry training from APCA Mumbai, I spent months testing and refining recipes to create cookies with the kind of texture and flavour I had in mind.

The idea for The Kookieverse came from something simple—we've all seen those thick, gooey, NYC-style cookies online, but in India, it's rare to actually experience that same richness and quality. I wanted to bring that to Lucknow in a way that feels honest and well-made.

So these cookies are made using exceptional chocolate, real butter, and carefully chosen ingredients. Everything is eggless, but without compromising on texture or depth. A lot of time has gone into getting that balance right.

Before launching, I shared these cookies quietly with customers over a few months. What stood out was that people didn't just enjoy them—they noticed the quality, and asked me to never change it.

That's really what The Kookieverse is about—making premium eggless cookies with the kind of quality people remember, starting from Lucknow and growing from there.
